Boot Camp (outdoors)
A great cardio workout and a selection of the best strength exercises to do. No gimmicks....just a workout designed to get results. Cardio work including running or walking, stairs, and hills designed to burn the body fat and a selection of awesome strength exercises to increase your lean body mass. This session has one goal in mind...expend as much energy as you can! Lots of variety in these sessions to keep you motivated. Concludes with stretching to help with posture and injury prevention. Not your regular boot camp session.
Spin Out (outdoors) max 10 people
The spin cycle class phenomenon is now outdoors. Join nine others on a journey that is like no other....climb those hills, burn off your competitors, reach your limits. An awesome low impact cardio workout to music that will get your heart racing and burn those kilojoules. Come and feel your legs burn and develop "cyclists legs". Concludes with stretching to help with posture and injury prevention.
Boxing
Exhilirate yourself with this action packed session. Experience the thrill of relieving yourself of those built up frustrations by pounding away on the bag or completing a combination of punches. All the boxing moves are taught and explained to ensure you receive the maximum enjoyment and benefits that boxing has to offer. Concludes with stretching to help with posture and injury prevention.
