Welcome to my online Stay active Program.  This is designed to decrease body fat and help you stay active during the restrictions in place by incorporating both strength exercises and cardio training.  With lifestyle diseases such as diabetes, heart disease and obesity becoming increasingly prevalent, consistent exercise and proper nutrition is essential.  With busy individuals in mind each training session can usually be completed in 30 minutes or less with minimal to no equipment required.  Each session comes with a detailed video of how to perform each exercise. This is a program the whole family can do together.

Welcome to my online Fat Buring Program.  This is designed to decrease body fat by taking your exercise intensity to the next level. Each session is designed to give your metabolism the kick start it needs by incorporating high intensity sessions into your routine.  With no equipment needed each session can be done in a small space and usually takes between 30 and 45 minutes to complete. You also have the option to do more or less depending on how much time you have available.  Every session comes with a complete video explaining in detail what to do and importantly how to do each exercise correctly.
