The Program

Beginner Program

An 8 week program incorporating a combination of strength and cardio training with a step by step guide on what to do each session. The program is designed for those who are wanting to lose weight and have limited to no exercise experience.  Every exercise is explained in detail with video tutorials and is supported by selected video workouts.

It is recommended that before commencing any exercise program that you seek medical advice from your doctor.
