Stay Active Program

An 8 week program incorporating a combination of strength and cardio training with a step by step guide on what to do each session. The program is designed for those who are looking to stay active and have limited to no exercise experience.  Every exercise is explained in detail with video tutorials and is supported by selected video workouts.

It is recommended that before commencing any exercise program that you seek medical advice from your doctor.

Fat Burning Program

A 6 week program incorporating a range of high intensity strength and cardio sessions with a step by step guide on what to do. The program is designed for those who are looking to increase their exercise intensity and are at an intermediate to advanced level.  Every exercise is clearly explained in detail and regressions and progressions are provided where appropriate. It is recommended that before commencing any exercise program that you seek medical advice from your doctor.
