GROUP FITNESS

Group fitness sessions include strength and cardio classes, spin classes and boxing classes utilising both outdoors and in our functional training studio.  All sessions cater to your fitness level

ONLINE PROGRAMS

 You have 2 options to choose from.  An 8 week beginner's stay active program the whole family can do together or a 6 week intermediate to advanced fat burning program that pushes you to the next level.  Both have easy to follow instructions and video tutorials for each exercise and no equipment is required.

PERSONAL TRAINING

If you prefer the individual attention that comes with one on one personal training then this is for you.  An individualised program is prepared for you based on your specific goals, injuries you may have, and your exercise history.

Brisbane's only outdoor spin class set over looking Shaw Park. A stationary cycle class set to music utilising a combination of endurance training methods.  Work at your fitness level in this low impact training session.

Want to workout in the comfort of your own home? Choose from either our Stay Active or Fat Burning Program All programs provide a step by step guides for what to do each session.  All sessions can be done at home or outside and suit all fitness levels
