Our Mission

To improve the quality of life of our clients by offering  exercise options suitable for all fitness levels


Group fitness sessions include strength and cardio classes, spin classes and boxing classes utilising both outdoors and in our functional training studio.  All sessions cater to your fitness level


 You have 2 options to choose from.  An 8 week beginner's stay active program the whole family can do together or a 6 week intermediate to advanced fat burning program that pushes you to the next level.  Both have easy to follow instructions and video tutorials for each exercise and no equipment is required.


If you prefer the individual attention that comes with one on one personal training then this is for you.  An individualised program is prepared for you based on your specific goals, injuries you may have, and your exercise history.
