Personal training is suited to those who require more individualised attention, prefer the privacy of one on one training, or like to be pushed to levels they cannot achieve by themselves.  You receive a program tailored to your specific needs along with all the support necessary to achieve your goals.  Personal training sessions are also a great way to supplement your own training or attendance at our weekly group sessions.  personal training sessions can be 30, 45, or 60 minutes.  



30 minutes - $60

45 minutes - $75

60 minutes - $90
