All sessions are 45 minutes in length.
Strength & Cardio
A session that combines resistance exercises with cardio training. You are encouraged to work as hard as you can, within safety limits, to achieve maximum benefit. Large muscle group resistance exercises are selected along with a mixture of cardio exercises. No two sessions are the same to ensure variety in your training regime. A range of equipment is used such as suspension straps, dumbells, medicine balls, resistance bands, kettle bells, barbells, step benches, skipping ropes, battle ropes, fitballs, bikes, rowers, sleds etc. A heavy emphasis is placed upon ensuring exercise technique is as good as it can be.
Boxing Circuit
A high intensity cardio workout that utilises interval training (work hard, recover, repeat) to great effct. Incorporating a series of punch combinations and other boxing related movements and exercises this is an excellent option for those wanting to add variety to their cardio training

​All purchases and bookings are subject to the following terms:

Payment is by cash, electronic funds transfer (Stepout Group Fitness; BSB 064163; Acc # 10230652) or via the Mindbody app;

Payment for 10 Week Unlimited Sessions package to be made as a lump sum by the means provided above;

Bookings for each session via the Mindbody app is required to assist with planning the best possible session for you;

Cancellations must be done within 12 hours or you may be charged for that session;

10 Week Unlimited Sessions package to be used for sessions running in 10 consecutive weeks unless prior notice for illness or holidays is provided;

In the event of rain, sessions will go ahead as normal and will utilise our indoor venue;

FAQ
I am very unfit. Can I join your sessions without feeling self-conscious?
Absolutely. Every session allows you to exercise at your own fitness level, and you can be assured that there will be others of a similar level to you.
Am I charged for sessions I don't attend?
I understand that there are times when work, family commitments, illness, etc. prevent you from attending. If you cancel your pre booked session within 12 hours of the start time, charges may apply.
Do I need to book or can I just show up?
Bookings are necessary for all sessions to assist with planning the best possible exercise experience. If you forget to book I will still accomodate you. For the Spin classes bookings are essential as there are limited spaces available.
I have an injury that may prevent me from performing certain activities. Can I still attend?
Absolutely. If there is a certain exercise that you cannot do then you will be given an appropriate alternative.
