What's Involved

You receive a detailed plan of what to do each day over the 8 weeks with instructional videos for each exercise to guide you every step of the way.

How Often

The exercise routine is broken up into 4 x 2 week blocks.  Each 2 week block has a recommended number of exercise sessions to complete each week.  As you progress from one 2 week block to the next the program increases from 3 to 5 sessions per week.  

Flexibility

The programs are able to be done anywhere with minimal space required.  You can complete in the privacy of your own home or in a suitable outdoor space.  The actual exercise days can be chosen to suit your own individual circumstances and lifestyle.
